10. Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated shipping time is generally 7–10 working days for the US and 3-5 working days for the EU region, depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and other external factors.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

12. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers are responsible for:
• return shipping costs;
• customs duties;
• import duties;
• brokerage fees;
• taxes;
• any other costs related to returning the product to the Netherlands.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered.
13. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the return is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
We may reduce or refuse a refund if:
• the product is damaged beyond normal testing;
• parts, accessories, cables, manuals, or packaging are missing;
• the product shows signs of misuse;
• the return was sent outside the return period;
• the return was not authorized in advance.

15. 24-Month Limited Warranty
Aero Flex Pro includes a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage;
• accidental damage;
• misuse or neglect;
• water damage;
• damage caused by improper storage;
• use contrary to the manual;
• unauthorized repairs or modifications;
• damage caused by use with incorrect adapters or accessories;
• damage caused by commercial or professional use unless expressly approved.

If a warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product, provide replacement parts, or issue a refund.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. Product colors, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, production batches, or manufacturing tolerances.
